Occasionally you get something like this in a sealed case.  This Amiibo was never opened, but it appears they didnt use the right glue and Palutena has fallen off her disk and her halo wings fell off.  She doesnt appear damaged otherwise and looks like it will go back together easily, maybe with some glue.  Nice if you want an unopened package at a discount.
