This Sony RDR-VX521 Video Cassette Recorder/ DVD Recorder is in great working condition.  A new belt for the dvd drive had been replaced to address a typical "stuck tray" issue.   Cosmetically, it is in very good condition with some minor scratches, it is otherwise in like-new condition.
