This listing is for an unusual IRON SHAPED Florentine Gilt wood BOX that is hinged. It has the chippiness and some loss of gilt finish that is not uncommon to Florentine pieces. It is hinged to open. There is a small metal clasp that loosely holds it closed. The box has some pink accents along with the gold. The box is 8" long, 6" tall including the handle and almost 4" wide.
