Shipping quotes are for the 48 contiguous US states only and includes delivery confirmation! I ship within one business day using my own scale and PAYPAL shipping.  An automatic email is sent through paypal. The tracking info is available through the link in the email.  If you click on details, you can find out just where your package is and the date it was shipped.
