When you make a purchase from Buy My Personal Collection, you (the Buyer) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.     All Sales are Final: Buy My Personal Collection does not accept returns nor provide exchanges or refunds (unless otherwise stated in the ad) of purchased items.

2.     Taxes and Duty Fees: The buyer assumes responsibility for the payment of any applicable taxes and custom fees. Buy My Personal Collection is not responsible for those fees.

3.     Shipping: Buy My Personal Collection uses Canada Post to ship our items. Shipping prices are based on current Canada Post Rates as well as costs incurred for materials and labor by Buy My Personal Collection to safely and efficiently ship items to the buyer.

§  All items are shipped with a tracking number.

§  At the time of item pick-up, the Buyer must show ID and provide their signature.

4.     Item Descriptions: Before Buy My Personal Collection list items, a visual inspection is performed. From there, a description is provided to ensure all attributes are available for our customers to make an informed buying decision. A basic system of Poor to Mint is used. If you have a question about any item we have for sale, please email before you make the purchase.

5.     Item Marked - Factory Sealed: An item that is marked Factory Sealed is considered a collectible, and therefore, cannot be returned by EBay rules and regulations. Example of a factory sealed item includes “graded trading cards that are in a sealed plastic case”.
