Vintage 1970s G Plan Fresco Hostess Sideboard Cabinet in Teak with Tiled Top

This mid-century dining room or hostess / serving cabinet from G Plan’s Fresco range is in very good original condition. This model, number 3580, dates from the mid to late 1970s and the sideboard has a red and gold metallic G Plan label.

The sideboard / cabinet has a tiled top, which is heat and water resistant – a practical and versatile work surface. The single, full-width, drawer has a central divider and a cutlery section with two removable dividers. The lower shelf is adjustable and the back board has two small pre-drilled holes for cables.

The teak cabinet is in very good original condition. The tiles appear undamaged with no signs of cracks or stains. There are a few minor age-related signs of use, but less than would usually be expected for furniture of this age.
