The pages are tearing and coming apart as shown in the photos.
The front cover is missing a piece as shown.
There is a tear running threw the edge of one side of the book.
Every effort has been made to keep the book intact .
The pages must be turned with care and patience.
Must be handled carefully and may need to be professionally preserved, to save this wonderful snapshot of history.
