Unit has some white debris inside screen that cannot be removed. Not sure how it got there. Also scratching to screen. Some signs of use. No tips and will need tips to operate. Unit does turn on. Unit includes original box, but no tips/covers, paperwork, or other accessories. Unit is tested and functions without any obvious issues. Will be packaged and shipped carefully same or next day by an experienced seller.
