This hand painted rich-color sideboard buffet table was retrieved from Gansu and restored by the skilled craftsman. The painting on the door panels of this sideboard demonstrates the artisan’s commanding skill of shui-mo (水墨, "water and ink") also loosely termed watercolour or brush painting. With red square frames, the doors are transformed into the beautiful Chinese painting. The clear lacquer is applied to protect painting and wood. It has 3 drawers at the bottom and 3 compartments with 2 shelves in each. The shelf is removable shelf. Ample of storage space as an entertainment center.
