Gorgeous vintage hand made Mardi Gras parade costume top and fez hat set. This is a men's costume but would be fine for women too.

There is some discoloration on the front on the green velvet (see photos). There is a little bit of discoloration on the cuffs and collar from wear. There are a few loose sequins on the hem and a name is written on the lining. The feathers on the hat are a little faded and there is some discoloration on the inside. Otherwise, this costume is in good, solid vintage condition and is ready for you to rock it! Please view the photos as they are part of the description.
