Payment by Credit Card:
The Customer must be the holder of the valid credit card at the time of ordering the Products purchased online. At no time during the purchase procedure is NCDM2000SAS able to know the information relating to the customer's credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction. Payment by credit card takes place via PayPal.
Payment with Paypal:
If you choose to purchase through Paypal payment methods, at the end of the order, you will be directed to the Paypal login page. The amount relating to the order is debited from the Paypal account at the time the order is acquired. In case of cancellation of the order either by the Customer or in case of non-acceptance of NCDM2000SAS, the amount will be refunded to the Customer's Paypal account. The products will be shipped only after the credit has been received on our current account. The order will start when credited.
Purchases made on the NCDM2000SAS site are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales. In the event that the Customer made a mistake in the order and received an item that he did not want, he has 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date to exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. the possibility of returning the product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, must send within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of receipt of the goods, a communication indicating the desire to withdraw from the contract .. The goods must be returned intact and carefully packaged in the original packaging, complete with all accessories.
NCDM2000SAS is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
