Items are sent via Royal mail 2nd Class and does not include tracking.

The service can typically take 3-5 working days to arrive. This does not include day of posting. Royal mails service aim is 3 days.

We offer a service upgrade to 1st class signed. This will provide a tracking number. Please apply at checkout using the postal options.

We cannot upgrade service after checkout has been completed. 

Please be aware Ebays delivery estimation is a best case estimation and does not consider seasonal demand or service disruption.

If your item still hasn't arrived within the 5 working days delivery time we ask that you wait a few more days to allow for any delays.

Royal Mail do not routinely lose mail. If your item hasn't arrived the Royal Mail will not deem it lost until 10 working days have past.

You will be asked to open an Item Not Received case (INR). Please be aware that we will search feedback history and if a pattern of items not received is present. We will ask the relevant authorities to investigate.

If buying multiple items you only need upgrade one to 1st class we will send all items together.
