Rowe BC-3500 Bill and Coin Changer for Businesses (Service Light ON) Easy to Fix
Up for sale is a Rowe BC-3500 Bill and Coin Changer (2009) which can be used for Business or Personal use. Bill Changer takes $1's, $5's, $10's and $20's. It takes quarters, nickels, dimes, half dollars, and gold dollar coins.
It still powers on just fine, but the service light is on, and it is not fully operable in its current state. It is a nearly fully functional machine, with nearly all original OEM parts included; it only needs a few spare parts to be purchased and installed, to get it in fully working order again; needs things such as a Bill Feeder/Reader (they cost around $100-$150), it is missing the servicing lock cylinder and key (to lock the top door shut), and also needs the large cache of miscellaneous coins cleared from the inside of the machine (coin cache shown in pictures).
Each one of the HI-CAPACITY COIN HOPPERS (there are 3 of them in this machine, 1x Nickels 1x Dimes and 1x Quarters), each one of them retails for around $100-$130 EACH on their own in USED condition, but you are getting those in addition to the rest of the machine, along with all original paperwork and instructions, maintenance pieces and servicing tools.

Final Conclusions
As far as I can tell, this machine is 95+% assembled, in nearly ready-to-go order; it simply just needs a $100-$150 Bill Acceptor/Transport to be placed in the top section of the Bill Changer, the mixed $1 gold coins and other misc coins need to be simply cleared out from the coin changer mech... and last optional thing you may also want, would be a cam to be purchased for T Handle, so the top compartment door can also be locked with a key ($10-20).
Other than that, everything appears to be in good working order.
If you were to simply value this Bill Changer off the recently sold USED prices of all the previously mentioned parts that are included already assembled into this machine, all of the parts alone are worth at least $1,200, and that's just based on independent research of recently sold eBay auctions of the same parts sold recently, and grabbing those prices and tallying them up all together. It's more than $1,200 worth of parts, AND it's already nearly fully assembled. If you were to buy this machine fully functional turn-key ready condition, used condition, this particular model (2009) would easily run you $1,000(Low)-$1,800(High) plus shipping.
I could disassemble all the parts and sell them individually, but it would take a good amount of valuable time to fully disassemble everything... plus it would feel like scrapping a perfectly solid and cleanly working machine, for a few extra dollars. In the interest of preserving the machine and saving time and headache by not doing all of that, I would like to just sell it as-is for $875 with Free Local Pickup OR paid freight Shipping (can get you a more accurate shipping quote if you provide me with your zip code before ordering).
