Yippee it comes fully working with a bike ! The hub is dated 51 3. Although the paintwork on the bike is very tatty (distressed patina ha ha) it is possible to make out Aston Tourer which was made by Hercules. I haven’t cleaned the bike for the photos but did rub about 6” of the rim to show they do come up well. They are the 26 x 1 1/4 size. Other bikes of this model were made in Reynolds 531, however I’m not able to read the possible label on the frame.

The bike rides well and is surprisingly spritely, I’m a 6 ft man and use it as pictured. I have detected a little play in the bb but as I’ve several other bikes on the go haven’t got round to sorting it.
