Very hard to find in this full magazine format with 66 pages. 33 pages are devoted to Elvis, and he had just turned  22 years old when the magazine was released. It is the First Issue of Hep's Cat Review, and we couldn't found out how long the magazine ran. The back cover is a nice color portrait of Elvis.
