This vintage Brush-McCoy bulb planter is marked #717 Brush USA. It has a tiny chip on the base - not visible from the top. Nice, speckled teal color glaze with scalloped rim. About 8 inches long, 4 inches wide with a 3 inch depth. Perfect vessel for small bulb plants at Easter or any time of year.
