1. New Buyers: If you are a new buyer, with 0 feedback to 25 only positive reviews, you are restricted in your bidding. You may bid on one item only. You must pay within 24 hours. If you do not, I will unfortunately have to report you and block your account. I have had dozens of unpaid items recently and it affects my ability to do business. Thank you.

2. Combined Shipping: You are kindly requested to wait up to 7 days from your first bid to your last before paying for wins. I It makes it easier for you to bid and for me to ship. 

3. International Buyers: If you are in Eastern Europe, South America, Asia or Oceanea, please wait 50% longer than the Ebay deliver by date (E.G. If Ebay shows 14 days, please wait 21 days) as there have been delays. Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong & Croatia in particular have been very slow, up to a month. Do NOT open a claim without contacting me first. I will work with you to ensure you get your purchase, are refunded, or find another solution. 

4. Shipping Surcharges: It has become increasingly expensive to ship anything and most sellers do not offer free shipping. I do, because I want to offer buyers the most cost effective way to collect and enjoy their hobby. I take on 100% of the liability to ship free. This is a courtesy. Ebay policy demands I use tracked shipping. As a result, I expect and ask buyers to be understanding with shipping times and costs. 

Unfortunately, I must add surcharges to US and International shipments to offset the costs. US buyers will be charged $1.00 for regular mail, and $5.00 for oversize, and International buyers will be charged $1.50 for regular mail, and $8.00 for oversize. 

5. Communication: I run this store as part of my own stamp hobby, along with an Etsy store and I teach and study full time as an academic. I respond to messages onsite within 24 hours Monday to Friday, 48 hours on weekends, and I will always try to satisfy your expectations within reason. Under all circumstances possible, before opening a case with Ebay, or contacting customer service, please message me. Direct communication will always result in better outcomes for both buyer and seller. 

I send out every lot that is won. Occasionally, I miss a part of a shipment, or cannot find an item, but I always refund, and send the item along afterwards. I take responsibility for my mistakes, and you can bid with confidence. After over 10 years on Ebay, the track record is proven. Please have confidence in me and communicate with me instead of taking punitive action with the company, it affects my ability to turn a profit and if I can't do that, I can't continue to bring you stamps at a great price.
