Urban bar rocking glasses are design with the buyer in mind. The glasses are new as bought but used once only 2 glasses out of them were tried. When you put the drink and ice in the glass you can rock it which makes the drink blend better and cook to watch. The glass never falls on the side. These type of glasses are only seen in high end bars or hotels.
