Shows light wear from use and handling, including minor surface scuff marks, scratches, and a few light dents in the bottom edge.  It has been gently hand polished and ultrasonic cleaned in a mild dish soap, and it has nice shine, is very clean, and is table ready if you choose.  It is straight, not bent out of shape, has no personal monograms or engravings, with no major issues at all.

It is done in a very unique, 3 panel storyteller style design motif with excerpts from this popular British nursery rhyme.  It is hallmarked on the bottom INTERNATIONAL STERLING 168/8, and the letter W inside a crescent moon shape, the mark for historic and listed USA Silversmith, The Watrous Mfg. Co. of Wallingford, Connecticut, a successor to the International Silver Co.

HISTORICAL FOOTNOTE:  The last photo shown was taken from a 1922 jewelry trademark catalog and completely documents this mark and maker.
