This is a beautiful pair of planters or flower vases!!!  This set is extra heavy so they can definitely be used as floor flower vases!!!  Each piece is made of clear glass with dark brown design!!!  They are shaped vases so you can be creative & arrange them whichever way you want!!! This is used but there are no chips, no cracks, only minor scuffing (last picture).  The spots you see are just a reflection of the surrounding!!!  Fantastic buy!!!
