Vanmoof S3 bike with very low mileage.

Selling for spares and parts but someone who knows what they are doing may be able to bring it back to life. Beyond my skill set!

It has only done 112 miles so all the parts are like new!

Was bought as an impulse buy for over 2k! I have moved and the commute was too far.

Very nice to ride. There is a fault with these bikes that if you don’t keep them charged regularly the batteries go into hibernation mode and it’s almost impossible to wake them up.

I did just put this bike in for a service with an electric bike company. They were able to wake up the main battery which is now taking a charge. This is probably worth £200 in its own. If you want to buy a new one they are over £400 for the main battery.

They said the fault was with the secondary battery in the control panel. Which unless they spent a lot of time dismantling and testing it would cost too much for them to do it.

I am selling for parts and spares or to someone that has the time to fix it. It comes with original Vanmoof pannier set that was purchased afterwards. These again were very expensive!

You can see the wheels are in great condition and still have some of the rubber spikes from new!

The bike cycles great as is but obviously with no power.

Over the past days, my team and I have dedicated ourselves to addressing the issues with your bike, doing our utmost to restore it to full functionality. We managed to revive the primary battery, which was a significant step towards getting your bike running again. However, I regret to inform you that we've encountered a challenging hurdle: the secondary battery within the Van Moof's circuit board cannot be revived. This secondary battery is crucial for activating the bike's electronics, and without it, the bike's electrical functions will remain non-operative, even though the main battery is now charging.

Getting a lot of questions on this listing so will keep adding notes. Whilst I said the bike cycles great it is designed to be ridden with the assistance of the electrics. It is very heavy and single speed so without the electrics working it is not worth cycling. Please don’t bid on this unless you intend to restore it or as listed use it for spares and parts. Thanks
