I believe this is a production piece based on the fact that the label on the bottom lists the Pantone color MUTED LIME (14-0636TPX) that corresponds to the color of the stripes inside the vase.  It also has the star stamp on the bottom where all the other pieces I have found are marked with "Rae Dunn by Magenta."  I have found similar but NOT exact pieces... this one has 5 petals on the flower and BLOOM is written vertically, not horizontally like most of the others.
