We ship from AU local and ship to Australia only at the moment.
For most of the Australian areas we will send the item via Au post service, but sometimes due to customer's location is in remote area and far away from our warehouse, we will send the item via Toll service instead. If any customer who doesn't want Toll service, we may charge you 5-1o AUD for the remote handling fee.
We ship to your eBay address. Please make sure your the address you left on your order is correct before you pay.
Items are generally dispatched within 1 working day after payment is cleared. Normally it takes 1-6 business days to arrive.
Buyers will also be able to trace deliveries online with a unique tracking number. While we endeavor to send all our items with tracking numbers, there may be a few smaller items that are not sent with a tracking number.
Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment is made.
Re-delivery fee may be charged to buyers for items that are undelivered and/or returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries.
Items will only be delivered during normal working hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
