·       Our mode of payment is paypal only. Payments are expected promptly or within 3 days of purchase. PayPal Payments with the following restrictions, PayPal payments made if you have a PayPal Confirmed Address AND will ship to the same address as the PayPal Confirmed Address.

·       We do NOT accept change of address (either through ebay message or email) after you make the payment; if you make a mistake in the address, we can always help you cancel the order and place a new order.

·         Your item will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your full payment.

 

·         We preferred shipping carrier USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail only. The time frame is only 1(one) business day. When your shipping label is generated, you will receive an automatic email from PayPal with tracking number. You should be able to track that item and see the status of it. We ship items EVERY DAY EXCEPT on Sunday and holidays.

•  All packages that are returned to us by the shipping carrier as undeliverable are subject to an additional shipping charge to reship the item if we notify you and you request the package to be reshipped.

• It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the address they send with their payment is their current and correct address. We are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address.

 

·         This is an independent business and not associated with any other business group. All products are fully genuine. If you have any problems, please give us a chance to solve it first. We appreciate your business, understanding and feedback. Shop with us to grow together.

 

·         You can contact us through ebay messages. We will contact you as early as possible.

 

·         All items are brand new, fresh, climate controlled and factory sealed.(if it is sealed by manufacturer)

 

RETURN POLICY

·         Returns may be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater). All returned items must be brand new, unused, and sealed or in the condition it was received. You may return most items sold by me within 14 days of delivery. I will pay the return shipping cost and wave the restocking fee if the return is a result of my error. If the product you ordered is damaged, defective or the wrong item, contacts me through “Ebay Messages”. I will respond to your issue within 2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

ITEMS SHIPPED VIA USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL MAIL OR PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE ENVELOPE DOES NOT OFFER TRACKING.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TIME VARY DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY, USUALLY TAKES 2-6 WEEKS, BUT IS NOT A RULE.

IF YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE TRACEABLE AND INSURED, YOU MUST CHOOSE EXPRESS MAIL.

If you want your package traceable choose International Priority Mail.

ONCE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A EMAIL WITH ALL SHIPPING DETAILS AND LABEL NUMBER.

- THESE CHARGES ARE NORMALLY COLLECTED BY THE DELIVERING FREIGHT ( SHIPPING) COMPANY OR WHEN YOU PICK UP THE ITEM .

THESE ARE NOT ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES, PLEASE DON'T CONFUSE THEN WITH ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES.

We assume no responsibility with respect to any tariffs, duties, or other such restrictions and charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. If the order is refused, the customer is responsible for both duties incurred at the border of the respective country and shipment back to the U.S.
