I needed 10 of these hanger clips for a lighting project but had to buy a box of 100.  These are equivalent to a B-Line BA--4-16-24 which had a 20-week lead time.  Price is per each clip.

Fits on a suspended ceiling tee bar, Stud length is 1-1/2 inches.  Washer/nut not shown but included.
