Top is in a smooth knit fabric, solid blue but slightly lighter than jacket. Long Sleeves and Round neckline. Made of Nylon/Spandex.

DIALOGUE IS A QVC brand and can be trusted for quality. This is a very classy set, and very well made. I never wore this, only tried on. In absolutely excellent condition.
