BRITISH ARCTIC 1875-76 EXPEDITION NO11 POLAR BEARS SCAVENING Magic Lantern Slide

Once of a number of illustrative slides relating to the British Arctic 1875-76 expedition. the slide is titled " Arctic " and a number of them ( being sold separately ) show the HMS Alert and HMS Discovery. They do not have a makers label but I would date them to soon after the return of the expedition. Unfortunately they do not have specific titles but many of the scenes are self explanitory.

The slide is approximately 8.2cm X 8.2cm or in inches 3.23" X 3.23"
