• All packages are securely wrapped in super-strong Duck tape and additionally with Handle With Care tape to assist with careful handling during shipping.
• All items have shipping options of Royal Mail Recorded Signed - For Delivery, Special Delivery or collection.  Some larger items shall be sent via either Parcelforce or Royal Mail Parcels.
• In the extremely unlikely event that an item is mislaid during shipping, a prompt refund of all monies plus %10 for any inconvenience caused shall be made using the original payment method.  Where available, we shall then offer the customer the option of purchasing an identical replacement item.
• Any overpayment for shipping shall be refunded immediately.  We aim to provide an accurate shipping cost as part of the listing.  We shall not profit from shipping.
