We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. Goods are despatched via DX Freight Next Day service, although may take up to 3 working days currently. A tracking reference will be added to your order upon dispatch.

You can cancel your order at any time within 14 days of the order being placed. If you have received the goods during this period, you must ensure their return to us (buyer pays postage) within a further 14 days. Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue a full refund.

When returning an item, you should always use tracked postage. If the item has a total cost of £450 or more it will need to be returned with signature confirmation. If you didn’t and think the seller should have gotten the item back by now, you can ask eBay to step in and help.
