Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time within 14 days of the order being placed. If you have received the goods during this period, you must ensure their return to us (buyer pays postage) within a further 14 days. Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue a full refund.
How do I return my order?
To start a return, follow the steps below:
- Find the item in your Purchase History and select Return this item.
- Select your reason for the return.
- If the item arrived damaged, broken, or faulty, you have the option to add up to 10 pictures showing any scratches or defects.
- Select Send.
Once you've started a return, you can check on the status of your request at any time.
What happens after I've started a return?
The seller has 3 business days to get back to you. You can monitor the progress of your request by selecting Check your return status below, or in your Purchase History
What should I do if I sent back the item, but the seller didn't receive it?
When returning an item, you should always use tracked postage. If the item has a total cost of £450 or more it will need to be returned with signature confirmation. If you didn’t and think the seller should have gotten the item back by now, you can ask eBay to step in and help.
