Pieces are mixed throughout the boxes and may be incomplete or as/is condition for certain minis and cards. Some minis that required assembly have been assembled and glued to base. Some minis are painted. There are some kickstarter exclusives mixed in. That being said, there are hundreds of pieces throughout these boxes. There are alot of sealed figures, dungeon tiles, collectable coin  Crystalia Adventures coloring book and other pieces.
