This bike will be 70% assembled due to transportation regulations, it will be brand new in-box and 30% self assembly required
Parts that require self-assembly are the front wheel, front and rear disc brake adjustment (skilled bike mechanic recommended), handlebar, LCD display.
Installation guide is NOT provided and professional mechanic installation is highly recommended. Doesn't come with installation tools, you will need some basic tools to install this bike

The AU regulations dictate that a kit must not exceed the rated power of 250W to be road-legal. 350W Motor is not path legal, this product is recommended for off-road or private property use only.

Warranty:
We offer one-year manufacture battery & motor replacement warranty for our electric bikes or e-bike kit under non-commercial use.
We will not be held any responsible for theft, damage, or injury caused while using this product
Warranty will not cover:
Minor scratches, marks, or imperfections
Damage due to external causes, e.g. damage by negligent use, incorrect use and tampering with the battery pack, damage by traffic accidents and damage during any transportation, e.g. by couriers
Damage due to normal wear and tear and maintenance. Wear and tear items that are not covered includes tyres, tubes, brakes, brake pads, wheel spokes, derailleur tuning, gear adjustments, bottom bracket tightening, handlebar adjustments, seat, stand, foot pegs and etc
If the bike doesn’t reach top speed this is not covered by warranty and if the distance per charge is not as advertised this is also not covered by warranty as this is only an estimation. Speed and range depends on weight, road and weather condition. Batteries lose capacity overtime naturally, so the distance per charge will decrease overtime
Poor maintenance and any modifications to the product or components
- 98% of products are dispatched within 1 business day. Ensure your address is correct during checkout. To aid in speed of delivery, our system cannot accept order cancellations following payment. Allow 3-12 business days for Australian wide delivery.
- For large and bulky items, PO BOX, Parcel Locker or Post office related address are not accepted, residential address will be required.
- We will use Australia Post, Fastway and other courier services. If buyer has a preferred service, please leave a message after payment. If no message received, freight carriers will be selected according to buyer's location.
- If buyer is unavailable at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left. Please reply to the calling card in time to avoid returns. Re-delivery fee will be charged for items that need re-delivery.
- We deliver Australia wide. However, for large and bulky items although it is free shipping listed, surcharge may still apply for remote and rural areas. Please read the description before purchase.
- All items if returned must be accompanied with buyer's name and return reasons. Items returned without detailed information will be delayed in processing or be ignored.
- If buyer had a wrong purchase or changed their mind please contact us within 30 days after the original transaction date. Products must be returned at buyer's cost in 100% complete condition, including all components, original boxes, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Refund, minors the original shipping cost, will be issued after returned item received. For free shipping items the original shipping cost will also be deducted from the purchase amount.
- For batteries we will give 3 month replacement warranty from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. However, the defective battery must be returned to us at buyer's cost and buyer is liable for the shipping cost for replacement battery. Warranty becomes void if the battery has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way.
- If item was received defective or was sent wrong, please contact us with photo evidence within 14 days of item received. The defective/wrong item may need to be returned to us and the replacement will be sent at our cost.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to all change of mind returns. Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping.
- If the returned item is in a noticeably used condition, then a refund may not be offered.
