* Our Definition of 'NON-CIRCULATED':

1) We submitted the raw comic to CGC ourselves, so it was returned slabbed to us straight back from the CGC.

2) It has not been circulated through the hands of collectors or other dealers, and has never been sold previously.  This is the first time the book has been brought to market.

3) The case is perfect and scratch/blemish free etc.   It has not been handled by other dealers or collectors in market circulation.  The case has only been handled by the CGC and Charm-City-Comics.  YOU be the next in line!


Any CGC case may have minor imperfections including Newton rings, scuffs, or standard surface wear. CGC considers these defects acceptable, as do we. If there is any significant damage to the slab it will be noted in our description, and we will not list any slabbed comics with a damaged case that compromises the integrity of the CGC grade.
