There is one piece that is 38" by 20"--attached to that is a piece that measures 30" by 16" Uneven cut you get bonus material not measured.
Very soft, velour or maybe velvet, unsure of material.
There is an old BEN FRANKLIN tag attached.
Hard to picture black, it is a dark black, sorry for poor pictures as I am having difficulties with my camera.
