Pop Vinyl: All our Funko products are genuine and are brand new in box.

Special note: We can pack your vinyl unit into Pop! Protector - PET .35mm for an extra $2, please request that service before payment. For standard size pop vinyl units only.

Trading Cards: All our trading cards are in great condition.

Special note: Any products with imperfections we will add ?Read? to the product title, details of the imperfections will be provided in the condition section.

Delivery Options 

We offer tracking/registered/expressed postage services.

International destinations are mostly available at request, please contact us for more information.

Combine Postage 

Please "request total" after purchase is completed.

Packaging Preparation

We strive to provide great protections for your shop items, so that they can reach the destination just as it is.

Damage Claims

We send out all your shop items using AustPost, should there be any damages to your shop items, please follow the claim process as listed by Australia Post (Please refer to red writings below).

Damage claim process is the same for all international buyers.

"Present the damaged item and the packaging at a Post Office for a damage report to be completed (only the person to whom the item is addressed can present the item). Please note that not all Post Offices are able to complete damage reports. Please ask at your local outlet or look for Post Offices listed as Post Shops or Business Hubs in our locations and hours tool.

Our retail staff will submit a Customer Service Complaint on your behalf (you'll need to leave the item and all original packaging with our staff for processing).

Provide supporting documentation as requested. This may include proof of identity, a statutory declaration, receipts for postage or the item itself, and other item details."

International Buyers

Import duties, taxes, and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
