Up for sale here is this recap kit for the Hallicrafters SX-100.  At this point these are around 65-70 years old, and the old parts are weak and failing, with leaky capacitors. We will make them new again!

This kit includes replacement Supertech axial film and electrolytic capacitors, one Vishay safety disc cap, one resistor (that's wired between can capacitor terminals), and a terminal strip to help you replace the can cap with individual capacitors.  It also includes instructions to explain how to install everything. You will get the exact parts shown in the picture. These are all high-quality brand new genuine parts, the same parts I use when I rebuild vintage gear.

I will include surprisingly well-written instructions, but rebuilding tube gear is somewhat complicated, and you should know what you're doing and have a decent soldering iron. This kit will not fix everything that could be wrong with your equipment, but it will certainly help.
