1.In the case of returning or exchanging,Buyer must email us first to obtain a authorization (RMA NO) number.  

2.Customer will be responsible for paying all shipping & associated costs for sending the product back to us.  

3.The shipping that we shipped to buyer is not refundable for buyer's reason to return.  

4.20% restocking fee will be charged if order time more than 2 months for buyer's reason to return

5.All the returned product must be in unused, original condition. We reserved the right to reject any return or exchanges.

6.Buyer's responsibility for cleaning custom and pay custom fee for international orders  

7.The warranty does not cover abuse or damages caused by road hazard or improper installation.

8.Any modification to the product without seller’s authorization will void the warranty.
