Each of our dog boxes features a corrosion-resistant aluminum construction, a stainless steel locking system and a top tie-down rail for extra cargo storage. This double-door truck kennel is constructed from extra-thick aluminum for increased structural strength and enhanced protection for your dogs. It is equipped with stainless steel, key-operated T-handles on each door for reliable security and lasting corrosion resistance. It also features a vented design to help keep your dog comfortable, particularly in warmer temperatures. This particular dog box also has a built-in truck tool box to keep your dog equipment and valuables safe, well-organized and easily accessible whenever needed. The tool box is constructed from extra-thick aluminum for increased structural strength and features our patented RigidCore foam-filled lid. This greatly increases lid strength and helps prevent bending and warping. The locking mechanism of this dog tool box provides excellent security for your items, featuring stainless steel, key-operated paddle handles. Stainless steel construction supplies the locks with long-lasting corrosion resistance, and they feature an internal connecting rod that allows the lid to be opened from either side of the truck. All UWS dog boxes come with a welded rail on top, providing a solid strapping anchor for tying down other cargo and maximizing the storage space in your truck bed. International shipments are subject to additional
shipping charges.

Domestic shipping is estimated between 4 and 10
business days.



We do not ship on weekends or National Holidays.
Please allow additional business days for order processing and shipping.



We cannot combine shipping of any of our items at
this time. Separate tracking #'s will be provided for each package you are to
receive.



We will post the tracking number and carrier
directly on eBay and you will receive a notification from eBay. If you have not
received the tracking number by the 4th business day, please be sure to check
your spam filter before contacting us. The customer is responsible for being
home or arranging delivery.



If there is any damage to the item during shipment
please try to report the item to the shipper as being received damaged and deny
shipment. If you receive the item damaged and are not able to inform the
shipping company before they leave please contact us immediately so we may file
a claim.



WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES or APO/FPO addresses.
If a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address is your default eBay address your shipment will be delayed until we receive a confirmed residential or business
address.



International Customers: We will declare the full
value of the item. We will not declare it as a gift. The customer is responsible
for all customs fees and charges. Overstock Accessories does take responsibility for
charges caused by importing the product into the customer's country.

Returns

Our return policy is straightforward and customer friendly.
You can feel confident shopping with us. We will take any item back within 30
days of purchase as long as it is within the constraints of the manufacturer's
warranty return policy (which we are obligated to honor) and the following
conditions are met:



The item must be in original, unused condition and
must be returned in the original packaging.



We are unable to accept any item that has been
installed and/or damaged. In addition, we cannot accept return items that are
not in the original packaging. These are constraints set by the product
manufacturers and we are obligated to honor their policies on returns. Items
returned in poor condition or having parts missing will not be credited. The
item return label must have an RMA# supplied by us or the return will not be accepted.



Unless Overstock Accessories is at fault, the
customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.



FOR RETURNS: The cost of shipping the item to the
customer will be charged on items returned without an exchange.



FOR EXCHANGES: The customer will be responsible
for the return shipping costs of the original item(s) and the replacement
shipping costs of the replacement item(s). The replacement item(s) will not be
shipped until the returned item reaches the warehouse.
