SHIPPING COSTS are for the continental USA only. All packages have delivery confirmation and can be tracked through eBay. There are NO handling charges added on to shipping costs. 

ECONOMY SHIPPING CAN TAKE UP TO A WEEK + FOR DELIVERY!  I ship within 48 hours, 99% of the time, but once the Post Office or Federal Express gets the package, timing of delivery is out of my control.  The estimated delivery date given by eBay is not a guarantee, since problems can arise within the delivery.
