This listing is for a 1983 Skeletor from the He-man and the Masters of the Universe collection.  This is an original "regular" Hong Kong Skeletor.  It is not a Hong Kong Dragon Blaster Skeletor with regular accessories.  He is complete with armor, belt, sword, and staff.  The figure has a semi-hard head and unmarked COO.  The figure is marked "Mattel Inc. 1983".  All 4 accessories are marked "Hong Kong".  His spring-loaded waist action works properly.  His legs are too loose to stand on his own.  I can combine shipping.  I only ship to US.  Thanks for looking.
