Used, but very good original condition.  Original genuine clear Lucite headpiece has very fine internal aging cracks, but lucite surface is surprisingly solid & smooth to the touch.  Chrome on top is  very good, with very minor pitting.  Chrome under wings has more slight pitting.  Mounting thread holes in body are fully intact (not cross threaded).  Original bracket to hold the light bulb behind lucite is included.  No chips, dings or dents.
