Caliente: traditional size Breyer (1:9 scale) model number 703018. Caliente is a fiery dappled chestnut Lusitano created on the Breyer Andalusian mold #584 which was sculpted by master sculpture Kathleen Moody. Only 1000 were made and were only available at the four 2008 Breyer Tour Events. Stamp on underside of belly that reads “2008 Breyer tour limited edition”. It comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, its original navy blue velvet bag, and a 2007 catalog. The photos are an example of Caliente but the one you will receive will be brand new in factory packaging. The explanation of why I have so many is that my mother sold Breyer horses at her store since 1995. She held the very last Breyer tour event in 2008. She was offered the chance to purchase unsold models from the previous tour events. She jumped at the chance and put them away in storage as an investment. She has recently had some health problems so I am helping her sell them.
