This copy includes a folded letter on Democratic National Committee letterhead explaining the explanation for the inscription. Lelivelt served as a delegate during the 1964 Democratic National Convention in 1964 and was an Illinois congressman serving the 5th district during the 1950s and early 1960s. Near Fine / Good.
