Genuine WW2 Signal Torch/Lamp, has changeable filter to red/green with working levers, has signs of wear/rust, with leather  tag attachment, Pre War 30s stampings, "Made in Germany", maker stamp "Neunen" not sure if it still works, not tested, genuine WW2 German equipment item, condition shown in low price, to my knowledge this is a genuine WW2 German item.
