For sale is a nice figurine from the street seller series first modeled by Bustelli in 1758 and made by Nymphenburg in the early 20th century. She is known as Eiergretl in German and is of a nicely dressed lady selling eggs bending down to lift the moss covering her eggs in the crate beside her. This is the polychrome hand painted version which is much harder to find than the white one. Typical simple base for Nymphenburg which brings out the figurine perfectly! The modelling by Bustelli is unbeatable and even 250 years later they are still amazing to look at and still collected by many fans of his.
