This is a large and scarce antique print

I think we would now refer to this as a TURNTABLE AS OPPOSED TO A TURN RAIL

Source - PUBLIC WORKS OF GREAT BRITAIN 1838

Size - circa 38cm x 55cm. (22 inch x 14.5 inches)

Some very minor staining and brown spot marking which is mainly on the edges

I have photographed the title page for information only, it is not included in the sale.

The book I have, had lost its spine binding and the boards were loose so I cannot really list this whole, so I have decided to list the plates inside individually.

It will be posted in some form of tubing.

This is a scarce antique print which would look great framed.

These ‘plate’ prints are printed on a type of heavy paper

The introduction to this work states that many prints are copies of the original engineering documents, consequently some are very detailed and or technical

These are 1838 prints NOT modern reproductions

Please note that I may also be able to include some written narrative about this print , I say ‘may’ because the narrative is included on the same page as narrative relating to other prints in this lovely work

I therefore offer this narrative on a ‘first come first served ‘ basis

Please see my other auctions for similar prints

I will combine postage for multiple purchases
