BLACK & DECKER TOOLS INDUSTRIAL JIG SAW, 120V, 4.5 AMPS, 0-3100 SPM, Model: 3153.   The cord has some cracking that I showed in the pictures.  I plugged it in to test and the part that the blade attaches goes up and down.  I didn't do any other testing.  Please look at all pictures and ask any questions before bidding.
