2018 MKH LPC 7 string. 1st gen.  Phenolic fretboard. I bought it with shipping damage. I have never really played it, just plugged it in to noodle around.  7 strings not my thing but this is cool guitar.   It has been sitting so you will need a new battery for EMGs.  Also dusty from sitting around and will need a wipe down. Case has some scratches and guitar may have some swirls and light finish marks from being moved.  Mostly on the back.  Top looks clean.

The bad is that there are cracks on each side of the nut.  The cracks run close to the edge of the fretboard and binding so not too bad.  The paint flaked off the cracks but no real wood loss.  There is also a separation line where the neck joins the body. Its not damage to the neck and I think its just a crack in the paint.   This is before the newer LP Modern neck joint which seems to a better design.  Otherwise I have not examined every part of the guitar under the covers.  Everything works out of the box.  Neck straight and guitar plays but sold as is no returns or refunds.
