This cover was mailed locally in Grand Rapids, Michigan in 1901 franked by a 2-cent carmine & black Pan American Expo train issue of 1901, Scott 295. The stamp is tied to the envelope by an R.F.D. cancel. 

Cut open left so slightly reduced, the backflap is sealed, missing a small part of one end, but is otherwise intact (see scan). No contents. Grand Rapids machine cancel verso.

The cover in the scan is the one you will receive. Light lines in images are SCANNER ARTIFACT!
