Includes remote only.  Nothing else is included.  Remote has been tested and works fine.  Battery holds a good charge (3-4 days) and physical condition of the front is good.  There is a light scuff near the home button and small nicks on the top edge but it can only be seen at certain angles.  The rubber on the back was starting to get sticky so I applied some talcum powder.  It fixed the stickiness but did leave a somewhat uneven chalky look (see pic).  You will need to supply your own (data + power) micro-usb to usb-A cable to program and charge it.

This remote WILL charge with a (data + power) micro-usb to usb-A cable.  It is just noticeably less convenient then with a cradle.

 A foil tamper sticker has also been placed on the back.  Please do not remove until you are satisfied with the remote.  I will not accept a return if it is missing.
