Open box, was charged and turned on, not connected to network. Was purchased on eBay Advertised as "unlocked". Not compatible with AT&T. Is 3g network phone, otherwise unused. Comes with wall outlet adapter, charging chord, and clear phone case. Phone system information screen says "locked" when opened possibly not an unlocked phone yet, not a phone technician, may be unlockable.
